Confirm how the current Wallet handles SOL
The public payment directory currently names Solana among accepted currencies. The signed-in Wallet then shows what the eligible account can actually do: direct deposit, cash-out, exchange, connected-wallet transfer or a combination. Check both deposit and withdrawal directions before buying or moving SOL.
Record the account currency, input asset, output asset, network, destination, minimum, maximum, fee and timing label. The 2025 redesign groups deposits, cash-outs, exchanges and crypto buying in one Wallet. The selected tab is therefore part of the instruction, not merely a navigation choice.

Distinguish native SOL from Solana tokens
SOL is Solana's native asset. The network also carries many tokens, but sharing an address format or chain does not make them equivalent. If BitStarz requests SOL, choose native SOL in the sending wallet. Do not send USDT, USDC or another token unless the current route names that exact asset.
Verify the asset ticker, network, destination and net amount on the final signing screen. An exchange can place several Solana-network assets close together in its menu. Search results and wallet defaults are not payment instructions. The selected BitStarz route must agree with the asset that will actually leave the wallet.
Separate direct payment from Exchange conversion
The official 2024 article says the BitStarz Exchange feature accepts hundreds of coins and specifically mentions Solana among familiar choices. It describes converting an input into USDT. A later Wallet redesign placed Exchange beside ordinary payment methods. This is distinct from maintaining a direct SOL-denominated balance.
Before approval, identify what the account will credit after the transfer. Save the quote, output asset, conversion rate, network and expiry. Do not assume that depositing SOL means all later bets, balances or withdrawals remain in SOL when the selected workflow is an exchange. The current preview should make the transformation explicit.
Use the full current Solana destination
Copy or scan the address displayed for the active SOL route. Compare the complete destination where possible after pasting. A mobile wallet may truncate the middle, so open its detail screen before signing. Do not use an address from a previous processor, saved contact, tutorial or support screenshot.
Some custodial destinations or processors can request an additional reference. Enter it only when the current instruction explicitly requires it and preserve it separately from the address. Never invent, omit or reuse a memo based on experience with another exchange. If required fields are unclear, stop and ask official support.
Calculate the complete SOL cost
A direct transfer can include a Solana network fee and an exchange withdrawal charge. An exchange flow can add a service fee and conversion spread. A connected-wallet route can publish its own small fee. Compare the gross SOL, each deduction, expected net input and final credited asset rather than relying on a single zero-fee label.
Current terms require crypto deposits at or above the live minimum and warn that below-minimum transfers may not be processed or returned. Check the amount that should reach the destination after deductions. Keep the personal entertainment budget fixed and do not increase a transfer merely to absorb changing quotes or reach a promotion.
Track a Solana transaction signature
After broadcast, a Solana transaction signature provides public evidence of the status, accounts, asset movement and time. A sending exchange can display processing before a signature exists. Once available, inspect it through a suitable explorer and compare the destination and native SOL movement with the current Wallet record.
Fast network settlement does not eliminate processor conversion or casino account attribution. A successful signature can be followed by another internal state before the balance appears. If the signature is correct and final but the expected output is missing, send the public identifier and saved quote to official BitStarz support.
Prepare a compatible SOL withdrawal
Current terms ordinarily require winnings to return through the deposit method. Confirm whether the account offers a direct SOL cash-out or another return route associated with the original funding flow. Prepare a recipient that accepts native SOL and check its minimum credit, maintenance state and any required reference.
Save the casino request ID when the withdrawal is created. Deposit turnover, rewards, game review, KYC and approval can all occur before an outgoing transaction exists. After dispatch, reconcile the Solana signature. If it reaches a custodial destination that has not posted the balance, continue with that recipient's support.
Account for network and provider interruptions
A payment route can be paused even while SOL remains visible elsewhere in the Wallet. Exchanges perform maintenance, processors update addresses and networks can experience congestion or degraded service. Do not send to a saved destination when the current BitStarz route is unavailable or shows a warning.
Check the sender, current Wallet and receiving platform immediately before the transaction. If one side is paused, wait for a documented restoration rather than trying an unlisted chain or token. Preserve the time and status notice. A route being fast under normal conditions is not a guarantee for a specific transfer.
Clear bonus, playthrough and KYC conditions
Current terms require deposited funds to be wagered once before withdrawal. A selected promotion can add wagering, eligible-game, maximum-bet and expiry rules. Record the offer before depositing SOL or using an exchange route, and check My Rewards and Prizes before requesting a cash-out.
Solana use does not bypass identity or payment verification. Use a wallet or exchange controlled by the registered player and retain legitimate transaction history. Provide evidence through official secure channels without a recovery phrase, private key, one-time code or remote-access session. Public signatures do not grant control of the wallet.
Escalate the correct SOL processing stage
For a direct deposit, gather the selected SOL route, address, gross and net amounts, fee, signature, state and time. For an exchange, add the quote, input asset, output asset, rate and processor status. For a withdrawal, add the request ID, same-method history, reward status and KYC state.
No signature points to the sender or pre-chain review. A failed signature points to the wallet or network instruction. A successful correct signature with no output points to processor or account attribution. Ask one precise question through official support and do not send another transaction until the first chronology is reconciled.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Does BitStarz currently support Solana SOL?
Solana appears in the current official payment directory. Check whether the eligible account offers a direct SOL, Exchange or connected-wallet route.
Can I send an SPL token to a BitStarz SOL address?
No unless the current Wallet names that exact token and route. Native SOL and Solana-network tokens are different assets.
Will a SOL deposit stay denominated in SOL?
Not necessarily. An Exchange flow can convert the input to another asset, so confirm the quoted output before approval.
What is the minimum BitStarz SOL deposit?
Read the current signed-in Wallet and ensure the net amount after external deductions meets the exact route minimum.
Why is my Solana payment pending?
Check for a transaction signature, its network state, processor conversion and casino attribution. Each is a separate stage.
Can SOL withdrawals require KYC?
Yes. Current terms allow identity, address, payment and additional withdrawal verification for cryptocurrency users.
